UK Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Free Standard UK Delivery is available on all orders.

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier disruptions, severe weather, busy periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders are not normally processed or dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays. During busy periods, sales, or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing your order.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional delivery charges may apply if the order needs to be resent.

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed once your order has been processed or dispatched.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the damaged package and/or products.

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbours, or around your property first.

If you are still unable to locate your order, please contact us so that we can investigate.
